Out of Hours District Nursing

The Out of Hours District Nursing service along with the day District Nursing teams provide 24 hour nursing care for patients in their own home.

Working closely with with the Intermediate Care Teams, Community Matrons, Nursing home team, specialist nurses and North Staffordshire Urgent Care (NSUC) the Out of Hours District Nursing team provide nursing care for patients in Stoke on Trent and North Staffordshire who are housebound or have a nursing reason that makes a home visit more appropriate.
