Physiotherapy

The physiotherapy service provides assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal problems.

The physiotherapy service provides patients with comprehensive assessment, therapeutic treatment such as exercise, electrotherapy, acupuncture, manipulation and mobilisation of musculoskeletal problems as well as education and support in order to achieve and maintain patient's maximum independence and well being.

The physiotherapy team work with other clinical disciplines to provide rehabilitation services to patients, in the most appropriate environment to meet their individual needs.

Referrals to the service are via GP's or Univeristy Hospital of North Staffordshire.

Physiotherapy Clinics are held in various venues throughout Stoke on Trent.  For opening hours please contact the individual clinics.  Home visits (domiciliary) can also be arranged.
